As a rule, each of the Decofilm Group companies independently decides about the purposes and methods of personal data processing (hereinafter: "Personal Data"), which means that each of them is a separate administrator (hereinafter: "Administrator") - depending on with which company you enter into a contract, run a business relationship, this company will be the administrator of your Personal Data.

The information contained in this document applies to each of the Decofilm Group companies to the extent that these companies are Administrators.

It may also happen that a specific company performs activities for another company from the Decofilm Group, e.g. related to logistics or support in establishing business relationships - in this case, the company that performs these works does not become the Administrator of your personal data, but processes them based on the entrustment agreement, which she concluded with the Administrator.

Therefore, we can process Personal Data such as:

contact details
data on the job position and professional qualifications
other Personal Data provided to us in connection with contact or cooperation

We collect the above Personal Data directly from you, as well as from other people, e.g. from your employer / customer.

Purpose and basis for processing Personal Data

In relation to the above relationships, we process Personal Data for the following purposes:

establishing cooperation
conclusion, performance and settlement of the contract
to answer any questions or requests addressed and to conduct further correspondence / contact in this regard
marketing and contact regarding other information and services of the Administrator

Processing of Personal Data by the Administrator is based on the following grounds:

necessity to perform the contract or take action before it is concluded at your request
implementation of legal obligations imposed on the Administrator
the legitimate interest of the Administrator in the form of our services or a third party, product marketing, contact, including correspondence and defense against potential claims

Providing Personal Data is generally voluntary, but it may be necessary to conclude or perform a contract or to respond to a directed inquiry or to conduct correspondence.

Processing time of Personal Data

Personal Data collected for the purposes of the conclusion and performance of the contract will be processed for the duration of the contract or until you object to the processing based on our legitimate interest, unless the law (e.g. regarding archiving, tax, accounting) will oblige us to, we will process such Personal Data longer or we will store it for a longer period of time in case of potential claims, for a period of limitation determined by law - depending on which period is longer.

Your Personal Data provided as part of your contact with us will be processed for the period necessary to answer and possibly conduct correspondence, in the case of marketing activities - until the opposition is made, unless the law obliges us to continue processing or until the expiry of the period of expiration of possible claims.

marketing agencies and other entities supporting us in marketing activities.

We may transfer your Personal Data to entities supporting us in our day-to-day operations, as well as for purposes related to making claims or protection against claims. They can be:

You have the right to access your Data, including the right to obtain a copy of such Data, requesting rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, opposition to processing, transferring to another Administrator (unless the basis for their processing is the law), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body for personal data protection. If the basis for the processing of your data is consent, you have the right to withdraw it in any way and at any time, which, however, will not affect the lawful processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
